How to Make the Perfect Margarita:
Ingredients per serve: 60mL tequila, 30mL orange liqueur, 30mL fresh lime juice, ice cubes, salt rim, lime wheel to garnish
Method:
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip in salt
- Add tequila, orange liqueur and fresh lime juice to a shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled
- Strain into your salted glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately
