How to Make the Perfect Old Fashioned:
Ingredients per serve: 60mL bourbon, 10mL simple syrup, 2–3 dashes aromatic bitters, large ice cube, orange peel to garnish
Method:
Add simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass
Add a large ice cube
Pour bourbon over the ice
Stir gently for 20–30 seconds to chill and dilute slightly
