How to Make the Perfect Tequila Sunrise:
Ingredients per serve:
50mL Jose Cuervo Silver Tequila
100mL fresh orange juice
15mL grenadine syrup
Ice cubes
Orange slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
Method:
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes
Pour 50mL Jose Cuervo tequila over the ice
Add 100mL orange juice and stir gently
Slowly pour 15mL grenadine down the side of the glass – it will sink and create the sunrise effect
Do NOT stir – let the grenadine settle naturally
Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry
Serve with a straw so guests can stir before drinking
